| VABA bank Inc. has signed a contract with the Croatian Reconstruction and Development Bank, enabling VABA to realize approvals related to four CBRD loan programs: program for loan financing small and medium entrepreneurship, program for loan financing of start-up companies, program for export financing and program for loan financing of agriculture and small entrepreneurship on the areas of special Government care.
In addition to all the above listed items, VABA has signed an agreement on business cooperation with HAMAG (Croatian Agency for Small Entrepreneurship), under which HAMAG will issue guarantees that serve as insurance instruments for loan repayments for loans granted by VABA, and this for clients that have quality projects, but unsufficient insurance instruments.
And, finally, VABA cooperates closely with the Guarantee Agency of the Varaždin County at the same model where the Agency guarantees for the loan repayment. So far, this cooperation has been followed by a large number of approvals granted with the guarantee of GARA serving as an insurance instrument.
