In the middle of December the City of Ivanec issued a public tender for the granting of entrepreneurial loans from the project "Loan financing of investments of craftsmen and entrepreneurs into Business Area Ivanec", that would be conducted in cooperation with Vaba bank Inc. Varazdin.
The loans can be approved to craftsmen and small and medium entrepreneurs 100% owned by citizens of the Republic of Croatia, under the condition that the users of the loan are owners of land inside the Business Area Ivanec and have signed contracts of utility services equiping with the City of Ivanec.
The loans can be approved in the amounts from 200.000,00 HRK to 2.000.000,00 HRK with an interest rate of 9,5%, with the subvention of the City of Ivanec of 2%, resulting with the interest rate for the final loan user at 7,5%. The purpose of the loan can be construction, renewing or expansion of business facilities, purchase of equipment or parts of equipment and for working capital to 20% of the total loan amount.
Maturity can be upto 7 years with a possible 1 year grace period.
As an insurance instrument for these loans a Debenture Note from the company and of the owner is required, and according to the bonitet of the client and the loan amount additional insurance instruments as well, in agreement with Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin (guarantors, mortgage, other usual insurance instruments, including the guarantee of GARA, the Varazdin County Guarantee Agency).
