| Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin offers its clients all types of business loans in the shortest periods of time and at favourable conditions.
Loan amount, as well as its maturity are agreed upon depending on Your needs and loan repayment ability.
Other loan terms and conditions depend on the loan type, Your bonitet (rating) and credit ability, as well as on the insurance instruments.
Depending on Your needs, purpose and amount of the loan, we will ask You for the following documentation:
- Decision on the entry into the court register of the Commercial Court for companies, or other legal acts determining the legal status of the client
- Report on the classification of the company according to National Classification of the Central Bureau of Statistics
- Financial Statements for the last 3 years
- Last available Quarterly financial report
- Solvency form (BON-2)
- Auditor's opinion for clients getting audited
- Specification of the largest buyers and suppliers (information on account receivables and accounts payable)
- Loan liabilities specification
In case that the loan would be insured with mortgage on real-estate, You are required to deliver the following:
- Extract from the Land registry no older than 15 days
- Estimate of the value of real-estate, i.e. the Purchase Contract if it is a newer real-estate
In case that the loan would be insured with pledge over movables, You are required to deliver the following:
- Extract from the business books (if it is the pledge of existing movables)
- Estimate of the value of movables i.e. the Purchase Contract or the receipt if it is a new movable asset that is being pledged
- Vehicle booklet (if the movable asset is a vehicle)
Once delivered documentation does not have to be delivered again.
SHORT-TERM BUSINESS LOANS
If You have the need for additional working capital or You just want to improve Your current liquidity, Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin is able to offer You various short-term loans, HRK, foreign currency loans and loans with an FX clausule, with a maturity to 1 year.
LONG-TERM BUSINESS LOANS
If You plan to invest into long-term assets, permanent working capital or to modify Your sources of financing, Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin is able to offer You various long-term loans, HRK, foreign exchange loans and loans with an FX clausule, with the maximum maturity of 7 years.
DISCOUNTING BILLS OF EXCHANGE
Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin discounts Bills of Exchange of high quality with the remaining period to maturity of maximum 180 days.
If the Bills of Exchange are not suitable for discounting, the experts in Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin will recommend other methods of short-term financing. |
