Clients that want to use the custody services of Vaba bank Inc. Varaždin should open a custody account that would be used for storing all the securities that the client trades with.

Custody Department offers its clients the following services:

Asset storage and keeping

• prompt reporting on the standing and the changes in accounts

Securities transactions settlement at the client's order

• settlement of securities that are traded on the domestic capital market

Informing on the activities of joint-stock companies

• including the execution of orders to exercise rights that arise from the activities of joint-stock companies

Collection of securities related income and reporting

• dividend collection
• collection of bond coupons
• and other instruments under custody

Representation on annual shareholders' meetings

• representation on annual shareholders' meetings in line with the client's instructions
• reporting on the results of the annual shareholders' meeting

Reporting on the changes of Law regulations

• continuous monitoring of the changes in the Law prescriptions that regulate activities involving securities
