The basic role of the Human Resources Department in our Bank is to choose the most quality new employees through a professional selection process, to integrate them successfully into teams, to give full attention to their development and perfection and to reward appropriately each success and contribution to the accomplisment of the Bank's mission and vision through monitoring of their performance.

We are a young and modern bank that is in permanent search of educated and motivated individuals that could contribute to further development and growth of the Bank with their potential.
