Credit line "Entrepreneur" by VABA d.d. Bank Varaždin in cooperation with the City of Lepoglava |
1. LOAN APPLICANTS:
Applicants for loans from the program „Entrepreneur“ can be craftsmen, small and medium entreprises, cooperatives, profit institutions, physical entities in free trade and household farmings that are not having business difficulties and plan to invest the received funds on the area of the City of Lepoglava.
2. LOAN PURPOSE:
-
purchase of agricultural land, construction and associated land, and infrastructure restructuring on the area of the City of Lepoglava
-
purchase, construction, restoration or expansion of business objects on the area of the City of Lepoglava
-
purchase of equipment or certain parts of equipment for factories situated in the area of City of Lepoglava
-
purchase of vehicles that are to be used in entrepreneurial purposes (besides motocycles, mopeds and personal vehicles)
-
purchase of machinery, equipment and breeding cattle for household farmings located on the area of City of Lepoglava, as well as purchase of agricultural land in the area of City of Lepoglava
-
restoration of existing tourist facilities, expansion of business activities for household farmings in the area of City of Lepoglava
-
permanent working capital (max. up to HRK 100.000)
3. LOAN AMOUNT:
- min. HRK 35.000 up to the maximum amount of HRK 200.000
- the maximum loan amount for working capital is HRK 100.000
4. MATURITY AND GRACE PERIOD:
-
maximum maturity up to 5 years, grace period included
-
grace period up to 12 months (depending on loan purpose, if the loan purpose is working capital than a grace period can not be contracted)
5. INTEREST RATE:
-
Interest rate is 8% annualy, floating, with a subvention of the City of Lepoglava of 1% for service and similar industries and 2% for production industries, setting the interest rate for the final loan user to 7% or 6% annualy.
6. APPROVAL FEE:
-
1,50 %, is charged from the loan
7. APPLICATION SUBMITTING:
A list of required documentation and loan application forms can be taken over in Vaba d.d. bank Varaždin, Aleja kralja Zvonimira 1, in the Department for craftsmenship and small entrepreneurship, where the loan applications, along with all other required documentation, are submitted as well.
8. The loan fund is limited at HRK 3 million.
9. Decision on interest subventioning is brought by a special committee of the City of Lepoglava, and the final decision on loan approval is brought by the Bank.
10. Incomplete loan applications will not be taken under consideration.
